Episode Overview

PJ steps out with confidence, proudly donning his Acting Sergeant uniform. However, changes are afoot at the Mt. Thomas police station with the arrival of Acting CI Deborah Hill, who doesn’t seem impressed by any of the Heelers. Complicating matters, she’s currently suing Sgt. Bill Parker for sexual harassment, leading to rising tensions when she overhears them discussing her case. Deborah takes over PJ's investigation into a string of warehouse burglaries, suspecting local Johnny Rossitano is involved alongside out-of-towners Sean and Michael Murphy. Despite PJ’s insights from Rossitano's girlfriend, April, Deborah dismisses his methods. As they prepare for a stakeout, Tom intervenes, urging PJ to step back.
