Episode Overview

Maddie's school fees are due, and she needs a new flute, but Ben’s paycheck isn’t enough to cover everything. With his ex-wife starting a new chapter with someone else, Ben feels even more pressure to provide for his kids. The Heelers grow worried when they notice Ben’s interest in a newly emerged pyramid scheme in Mt. Thomas. Leila Clegg has recently won $16,000 from the Angel Cruise, and now everyone in town is eager to board the next ship. Before Tom can investigate, the bold organizer, Natalie Roberts, reassures him that Angel Cruise poses no threat. She claims it’s completely legal and has been approved by a Queen's Counsel. Ben, trying to remain optimistic, wonders what the harm is in taking a chance if it’s all above board. After all, in any game, some win while others lose.
