Zippo the ape finds himself mistakenly enlisted in the army, creating a tricky situation for everyone involved. To resolve the chaos and keep the army out of trouble, the only solution is to recruit Bilko as the defense counsel. They must court-martial the ape before anyone catches wind of the mix-up.
