Tired of constantly being outsmarted by Bilko, Mess Sgt. Ritzik decides to leave the army, having stashed away $400 to start his own snack bar. In response, Bilko hatches a scheme to return all the money he has won from Ritzik, hoping to prevent his departure and keep their rivalry alive.
