Upon learning that another Bilko is on the way, the Colonel fears the worst, praying he isn't related to Ernie. The prospect of two Bilkos at the camp seems like a recipe for chaos. However, the newcomer turns out to be Ernie's cousin, Swifty, bringing with him unexpected twists that no one saw coming.
