Frustrated by Bilko's continuous exploitation of the platoon, Cpl Henshaw decides to establish a Gamblers Anonymous group. As Bilko finds his cash flow dwindling due to Henshaw's efforts, he shifts his focus to the WACs, looking for new opportunities to fill his pockets.
