When a 9-year-old girl, weak and disoriented, is discovered hiding in a storage unit, NCIS revisits a cold missing persons case, suspecting she may be the daughter of a Navy recruit who vanished a decade earlier. Meanwhile, Bishop uncovers a set of notes that Special Agent Ziva David had maintained on the case, despite NCIS having officially ceased its investigation long ago.
