Tony stumbles upon an enigmatic letter he believes is addressed to him, only to be surprised by a cloud of white powder that may contain a lethal virus. As a safety measure, he and Kate find themselves quarantined in a bio-hazard containment room. Meanwhile, Gibbs and McGee race against time to trace the sender of the envelope and find a way to save their friends before it becomes too late.
