Episode Overview

A fierce snowstorm blankets Manhattan, triggering a series of chaotic events at City Hall. Mike is determined to connect with his long-time crush on her final night in town. Meanwhile, Paul inadvertently insults the Mayor during a live radio broadcast. Carter and Stuart find themselves trapped in the boiler room, adding to the pandemonium.
