Feeling heartbroken after his split with his wife, the Mayor impulsively opts for a road trip to Miami alongside Paul. Meanwhile, Mike is left in charge of New York City and finds himself racing against time to figure out their whereabouts. As he navigates the challenges of holding the city together, Mike must also contend with the chaos that ensues in the Mayor's absence.
