In an attempt to modernize City Hall, Mike opts to allocate extra funds for a high-tech bathroom that turns out to be unaccommodating for larger individuals. Seeking romantic advice, the mayor turns to Paul, while Stacy helps James refine his modeling skills to outshine Mike at the auction. To address concerns from the head of the overweight commission, Mike dons a fat suit. Meanwhile, Stuart's sister visits, but her presence remains a mystery to everyone.
