When the Mayor is caught on camera tossing a baseball "like a girl," Mike steps in to help boost his masculinity. However, things spiral out of control when a teenage girl robs the mayor, leaving Mike and Paul scrambling to manage the fallout. At the same time, Stuart finds himself infatuated with Deirdre, a woman who matches his own unlikable personality.
