While her apartment undergoes fumigation, Stacy crashes with Carter and Stuart, disrupting their usual routine with her lively antics. In an attempt to one-up NASCAR star Jeff Gordon and NBA player Jayson Williams, the Mayor pledges his kidney to a young boy in need, but it turns out to be incompatible. Luckily, Mike is a match. Meanwhile, Mike is wrestling with jealousy over Nikki and decides to offer his kidney to win her affection, hoping she will leave Arthur for him. However, when she gives him a chance to confess his feelings, he finds himself anesthetized and unable to speak before the surgery.
