Mike marks his five-year milestone at the mayor's office by taking Caitlin for a thrilling spin in the mayor's vintage '66 Mustang. Meanwhile, Nikki and Carter bicker over who is more self-absorbed during their City Hall ID photo session. The mayor is eager to reignite his relationship with Janelle. With Caitlin's packed agenda, James finds himself back in speechwriting mode and recruits Deidre to step in as Mike's new assistant.
