As the President is set to visit City Hall, Mike feels frustrated when Caitlin gets the chance to meet him first. However, the situation shifts unexpectedly. Meanwhile, the other staff members gather at a bar, where Caitlin arrives later. Nikki and Carter engage in a lighthearted wager to see who can attract more women. Stuart successfully gets Caitlin drunk, leading her to send a tipsy voicemail to Mike. Additionally, Paul seeks James' assistance in capturing a photo with the President.
