Episode Overview

Mike and Caitlin decide to alternate their time with the mayor, each taking him on designated days. On Caitlin’s turn, Mike "borrows" the mayor to help a child who has fallen into a well. However, they arrive 20 minutes late, leading to the mayor accidentally falling into the now-empty well himself. Meanwhile, Carter sends Rags to doggie daycare, and Paul competes on Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, ultimately winning $1,000,000. Additionally, Stuart engages in negotiations with local firefighters.
