Episode Overview

Julia is struggling to come to terms with her unexpected kiss with Charlie, who then invites her on a date. Unfortunately, their first outing turns into a disaster. At the same time, the mayor and his team decide to ride the subway to demonstrate his connection with the community. However, things go awry when the train gets trapped in a tunnel, ruining Charlie's chance for a follow-up date. Meanwhile, Paul misleads a trendy cafe into believing that Carter is Cuba Gooding Jr. to secure a table for them.
