Episode Overview
Charlie and Caitlin go on a double date with Tim and Charlie's unpredictable ex. Things take a turn when Tim breaks up with Caitlin, prompting her to call Charlie for support. They share a kiss, but Charlie panics and insists they should remain friends. After some reflection, he changes his mind and arrives at her door later on. Meanwhile, the mayor recalls the reason behind the longstanding rivalry with Chad, bringing their past tensions to light.
