Episode Overview

Charlie struggles to match the high-energy lifestyle of his new 23-year-old girlfriend, Tracy, who enjoys nightly outings. One evening, Caitlin and Paul accompany them to a club, where they all face arrest after one of Tracy's friends is found with marijuana. In a separate storyline, the Mayor receives an invitation to a fundraising gala from Martin, a well-known figure in the gay community, whom Carter is infatuated with. Both Carter and Stuart attend the event, where Martin flirts with Stuart, completely oblivious to the attention, intensifying Carter's jealousy.
