Episode Overview

When Michelle, a close friend of Carter, arrives for a visit, she unexpectedly starts a romantic relationship with Stuart. Complicating matters, Carter has just proposed that Michelle become the surrogate for his child. In the meantime, Charlie and Caitlin are faced with a dilemma regarding some damaging photographs of the mayor's rival, leaving them to figure out the best course of action.
