Louise has been struggling to secure a permit for the Help Center, facing constant setbacks with the bank. Frustrated, George decides to take matters into his own hands and heads to the bank himself. There, he unexpectedly runs into an old naval buddy, who still harbors resentment over a prank from their navy days.
