Episode Overview

Louise is set to present a Volunteer award and needs to oversee the engraving on the plaque. Unfortunately, when Florence brings it to her cousin, he misspells the name. This blunder sparks a major argument between Florence and Louise, culminating in Louise firing her. Later, George decides to rehire Florence to help with some guests he’s entertaining, but their ongoing squabbles continue to disrupt the event.
