In the world of entrepreneurship, effective leadership is crucial, so Valerie Bertinelli and Duff Goldman conduct interviews to select two team leaders. These leaders will choose flavor combinations for the cream puff cake challenge, aiming to secure victory for their teams. Bakers who select the same flavors will compete directly against each other during the judging round. The team that accumulates the most wins will gain immunity, while one unfortunate baker from the losing team will be eliminated from the competition.
