Mina and Karen purchase a quaint Victorian home that desperately needs renovation on the fringes of the Indianapolis neighborhood of Fountain Square. The house is not only compact but also features an unusual layout with impractical areas. To make the most of their new space, the two friends decide to add an extension to the rear of the house, all while keeping a close eye on their budget.
