Mina and Karen embark on a challenging project just outside downtown Indianapolis, tackling a dilapidated two-story house that presents both danger and repulsion. The neighborhood remains in decline, and as they navigate through the crumbling structure, they encounter a massive sinkhole, a collapsed roof, and the unsettling presence of decaying animals. With the home lacking a solid foundation, the duo dedicates themselves to a complete reconstruction while incorporating elements that give the residence the charm of a place that's been part of the community for years.
