In the Near Eastside neighborhood, Mina and Karen are optimistic that their new project—a two-story addition styled as an Americana cottage—will yield greater profits than the previous venture in the area. However, their plans take a turn when they discover a series of puzzling holes, leading the team to fear that the house may end up draining their finances.
