Episode Overview

In Novato, California, a young man grappling with obsessive-compulsive disorder accumulates trash, including snack wrappers, empty bottles, and spoiled food, in a two-bedroom townhouse he shares with his alcoholic father. Meanwhile, in New Mexico, a blind woman's living conditions have deteriorated to the point where her home is filled with more than 75 cats—both alive and deceased—alongside carpets and furniture stained with cat feces and urine.
