Episode Overview
Deborah, a 49-year-old mother of two, is deeply worried that her hoarding habits might lead to her children being taken away. Her husband, Ron, believes her hoarding has contributed to his struggles with depression and alcoholism, while Deborah feels that Ron's drinking has exacerbated her issues. Things took a turn for the worse after Ron's suicide attempt seven years ago, leaving Deborah facing an urgent choice: change her ways or risk losing her family. Meanwhile, Jim leads a double life as a successful beekeeper but battles his own compulsive hoarding at home. His 37-year-old daughter, Heather, has warned him that she might have to involve Adult Protective Services if he doesn't make changes for his own well-being and for the sake of his eight-month-old granddaughter.
