Episode Overview
Phyllis' home is overflowing with dolls, showcasing her obsession in a chaotic collection of bags filled to the brim. In a spare bedroom, she runs a makeshift doll hospital, where she "amputates" doll limbs to create complete figures. Her son is now considering contacting Adult Protective Services if she fails to control her fixation. Meanwhile, Janet's living space is so cluttered that she must navigate through piles of trash just to reach her lone recliner, where she eats and sleeps. For two years, she has endured without running water or heat, often wrapping herself in seven blankets for warmth. Concerned for her mother’s well-being, one of Janet's nine children is threatening to have her committed for her safety.
