Episode Overview
Ronald, a firefighter, faces a tough situation: he’s required to report homes filled with hoarded items, but his wife, Eileen, is the one in trouble, and their house is the one affected. Eileen's compulsive hoarding has not only ruined their spacious 3,200 sq. ft. home but also damaged her bonds with Ronald and their six sons. Their son Steven has threatened to report Eileen to the health department if she doesn't improve the living situation for his younger brothers. Meanwhile, Judy has nearly spent her entire $1 million inheritance on her hoarding, misplacing $30,000 in checks within the clutter. Her overflowing possessions take up not just their home but also storage units and a trailer, and without addressing her issues, she and her husband risk financial ruin.
