Episode Overview
When Irma is unable to host her cooking show for a week, she turns to Al to take her place and asks Tim to assist him. Tim struggles with stepping back from the spotlight, but after Jill encourages him to embrace his supporting role, he chooses to stick by Al's side. Meanwhile, Randy faces his own challenge as he tries to strike up a conversation with a classmate named Beth.
