On Halloween, Tim is back to his usual antics, but Jill is ready with a prank of her own. Tim receives a bouquet from a fan named Rose, but things quickly take a strange turn. She incessantly calls him, leading Wilson to suspect she might be infatuated with Tim. Despite his attempts to avoid her, Tim finds it impossible to escape the situation.
