A chain letter is causing Digimon to rapidly multiply, creating chaos. Kiyoshiro gets the same letter but decides to delete it. Unfortunately, this leads to the letter spreading even further. Now, Hiro and his friends must race against time to contain the Digimon before they take over the entire city.
