Episode Overview

In Victorian London, a dinosaur suddenly appears near the Houses of Parliament, prompting the Paternoster Gang to hope for the Doctor's timely arrival to handle the situation. However, they quickly discover that the Doctor himself is in turmoil; having just regenerated, he is unstable and struggling with his identity and self-worth. This version of the Doctor is markedly different from the one they remember. The only person who might assist him is Clara, who is still coming to terms with the loss of the Doctor she cherished.
