Sam feels overwhelmed by Billy's excessive attention, so she decides to join Jeff at a family reunion, where she’s infuriated to discover his relatives think they’re engaged. Back home, she catches Jennifer and Billy sharing a kiss and quickly sets out to seduce him. Meanwhile, Kyle is furious when Amanda starts seeing Rory Blake, a shady friend of Lexi’s. Taylor finds out she’s pregnant, and Kyle tries to charm her into revealing details about Christine’s return. Michael plots to burn down his failing clinic for insurance money, but Megan convinces the priest who received his donation to buy the clinic instead. Michael is frustrated when Jennifer ensures all investors get refunds. Megan expresses her willingness to move to Philadelphia with Brett, prompting Michael to undermine Brett by feeding the interviewing doctor half-truths about his past, claiming Megan is still a prostitute.
