Jane finds herself facing her history as a case from the previous year comes back for retrial. Struggling to manage her feelings, she is held in contempt of court and ends up incarcerated. Meanwhile, Kim and Grayson take legal action against a therapist who claimed to have "cured" their client’s husband of his multiple personalities, only to eliminate the wrong one entirely.
