Jimmy discovers that his new neighbor is a Quebec biker who is living under witness protection. Despite being instructed not to associate with him, Jimmy soon learns that his new friend is planning a heist. Faced with a dilemma, Jimmy must decide whether to intervene and prevent the robbery or to get involved in the crime himself.
