Episode Overview

A woman shrouded in mystery contacts the police, warning them of an impending murder at Ocean Park by the carousel. When Lorenzo and Lance arrive on the scene, they come under gunfire despite announcing their identities. To their shock, they discover that the shooter is none other than their patrol commander, John Stonewell. As a result, Chris and Rita are now faced with a shooting review board, forced to deal with the fallout from their commander’s deceitful actions.
