Episode Overview

The murder of Lorraina Garvey leaves Chris and Rita with only one lead: a report of a red Corvette spotted leaving the scene just as the crime occurred. While investigating the area, Rita discovers an appointment book filled with the name Michael. After speaking with Lorraina's assistant, she learns that this Michael is Michael Ferraro, one of her former foster brothers. When Rita confronts him, he provides a shaky alibi, and she notices he drives a red Corvette. While the rest of the team is eager to pin the crime on Michael, Rita believes in his innocence and is determined to prove it. Meanwhile, Chris is sidelined, nursing his back after a mishap while helping Rita paint her house.
