Episode Overview
A woman is discovered dead in a hotel room, prompting Chris and Rita to delve into the case. They learn the victim, Susan Kemper, was trying to secure a Community Service sentence for her incarcerated husband. Their investigation takes a turn when another criminal, Mr. Fuller, is also granted Community Service by the same judge who sentenced Mr. Kemper. This leads Chris and Rita to suspect Judge "Flip-A-Coin" Moyne might be offering a disturbing arrangement: sexual favors from the wives of his felons for leniency. Donovan demands more evidence before confronting the judge, so Rita speaks with Mrs. Fuller to validate their theory. Meanwhile, Atticus Dunn faces various parking challenges while selling his fresh shrimp, including an encounter with Officer Grodenchick.
