Episode Overview

Heather Sinclaire is discovered dead in her apartment by her roommate and lover, Marci Fuller, having suffered a fatal blow to the head with a baseball bat. Detectives Lance and Lorenzo dive into the case and learn that both women worked for a company called Red Flag, managed by Atticus Dunn, which sends women to gauge the loyalty of men about to wed. The two Sams obtain a list of Heather's previous assignments and start digging into them. They find an ongoing case where a father had hired Atticus to investigate his daughter Shannon's fiancé, Jonathan Sharp. Chris and Rita speculate that Heather might have gathered evidence implicating Jonathan, possibly trying to blackmail him. Meanwhile, Eric reveals to Rita his thoughts of relocating to Palm Beach and admits he’s falling for her.
