Little House on the Prairie (1974)

Episode Overview

Pa invites Laura to join him on a hunting trip. As night falls, while Charles and Laura are settling in, Laura accidentally stumbles over her father's firearm, causing it to discharge and injuring Charles severely. In a panic, Laura rushes off to seek assistance, encountering Sam, a recently blinded man. Despite his limited vision, Sam remembers parts of his surroundings. After navigating through several wrong turns, they finally reach Mr. Edwards' house. Mr. Edwards quickly fetches a doctor who manages to save Charles. Through this experience, Sam realizes that being blind doesn’t mean he has to be confined to his home.
