Dinotopia (2002)

Episode Overview

Frank invents a vehicle, but its pollution prompts Mayor Waldo to prohibit its use in Dinotopia. Seeking vengeance, Frank decides to campaign for mayor and successfully takes the position, permitting the car to remain operational. However, he eventually realizes the negative impact of his decision and steps down, reinstating Waldo as mayor to restore the town’s environmental integrity.
