When Shaggy and Scooby get an urgent holographic message from Uncle Albert, they hop into their upgraded mystery machine and head to Switzerland. Their mission is to stop Dr. Phibes from sabotaging an important anti-global warming conference. However, once Phibes discovers they're onto him, he retaliates by dispatching one of his most lethal agents to pursue them.
