Episode Overview

Dr. Phibes is determined to take revenge for his troubled upbringing by sending a herd of genetically modified chicken bulls into chaos at the Western Tri-State Fair. To thwart his plans, Shaggy and Scooby need to devise a strategy to stop him, all while dealing with unusual challenges like purring vultures, a hissing goat, and an enormous, cross-eyed rooster standing at 11 feet tall.
