After being kicked out of his lair by his nefarious clone, Dr. Phibes finds shelter with Shaggy and Scooby. Unfortunately, Phibes' relentless prank calls push the clone to take drastic measures, leading him to activate their Doomsday machine—an action even the original Phibes would never dare to undertake.
