Adam is eager for Russell to consider hiring Jen to create an ad campaign for one of their clients. Despite Russell and Jeff's warnings that this isn't the best choice, Adam remains stubbornly insistent. Meanwhile, when Audrey confides in Jen about their struggles with fertility, Jen surprises them with a thoughtful gift intended to bring them good fortune.
