The first week is filled with chaos and setbacks as they navigate the mountains and the Mojave Desert, confronting the daunting reality of the long road ahead. We learn about Chuck Williford, the posthumous leader whose passionate quest inspired this adventure. Each teen shares their personal motivations for taking part, utilizing ‘old school’ media and creativity to raise the necessary $5,370 each for Multiple Sclerosis to qualify for the ride.
