After Rick checks into the Hotel California, he meets up with his friend Sergio Jaurequi to learn about the town’s mysterious water supply that seems to vanish and return. They indulge in local sweets and receive culinary tips from Doña Ramona, who shows them how to create tasty dishes with dried beef and cactus. Chef Dany Lamote also impresses with a vanilla-infused margarita that’s nothing short of enchanting.
