Tijuana locals take their tacos very seriously, and they’re eager to share their favorites with anyone who asks. Three enthusiastic food lovers guide Rick on an adventurous taco crawl, starting with the delicious arrachera tacos at El Yaqui, topped with beans, creamy avocado salsa, and roasted jalapeños. The journey continues with suadero tacos from Los Ahumadores, sautéed and fried shrimp tacos at Mariscos El Mazateño, and steamed tacos along the tourist strip. The taco tour wraps up with smoked salmon tacos at Salceados. Back home, Rick prepares his own taco spread for a laid-back backyard gathering.
